Anyone know the drop rate on this dang mask?

In the small instanced dungeon, I get is the broken version 33% of the time from the end chest after the boss

in the large instanced dungeon, I get it the broken version 100% of the time from the end chest after the boss

is the small dungeon the one in the wetlands? i ran it 6 times now and havnt seen it

The one with the L40 portal in the middle of the wetland is the small one
(drops Natures Enlightment mask)
The one with the L50 portal on the west of the wetland is the medium one
(drops Iron Bound mask)
The one in the snow with L60 portal is the large one
(drops both)
