somehow my monkeys aren't working

I have tamed 5 monkeys and set up 2 nests. I have also activated automatic loot in the behavior settings. I also set what they should collect. But somehow nothing really happens. I have two monkeys that sit by the fire forever... 2 walk leisurely back and forth outside the base and the last monkey sits in front of a box forever... I have now taken a few mushrooms, berries, nuts, bananas and pineapples from the monkeys' inventories, although I don't know if they really collected them... somehow only small amounts in lot hours.

Shouldn't they run to collect them? So run like I've seen in videos. And shouldn't they store them in the nest?

Yes Monkeys are bugged or broken they dont fill up stump at all for me they go to chests in my base and fill those, WHICH defeats the purpose of the stump
