Anybody knows a good location with low level turtles to farm?

Up at the top of the Rainforest near the Holy Ruins entrance there are turtles and also an elite turtle. Not sure if there are lower level ones somewhere else, these ones are high 20s low 30s.

Are you specifically after turtle shells or just shells? If its just shells the beach near where you start the game is littered with crabs that drop shells. If it is turtles they are spread out literally everywhere and bring a hammer with alot of dps or you aint killing them lol.

Didn't someone said it already, wetland portal. The turtles there drop premium shells.

The level isnt that important what u need is a hammer or a gaunlet to smash them down

well higher lv harder it gets to smash them down and then kill, since they reset their health if you don't do it quickly. So I found the lower lvs easier to kill before they regenerate.
