It would seem we don't have nearly enough tech points to spend before we run out and can't get everything we need before the next tree opens up. I'm at tech level 30 now with 145 points spent on tech things, up through the Bronze Age, and with a LONG way to go before I unlock everything. And as I look ahead at what is still pending -- IN THAT AGE -- I'm nowhere near opening everything up before I hit the level for the Iron Age tree. You only get 6 points per level, and there's a lot of stuff in there I want to have before moving ahead.

I don't have ANY of the bronze gear unlocked yet, neither do I have stone buildings, and a bunch of other stuff. So far, I'm just trying to unlock the supplemental stuff to make my people happy, and fill in the requisites for other things.

And as I look even further ahead, the Iron Age is much worse, for the number of items listed. At the very least, as you move up in Ages, and you clearly have more to open up, you should get more points to do it with.

There are a few Ancient Tablets that provide additional Tech Points, but Reset Technology is a necessity for the demo. There is no point in having Beast Bone Armor, Tools, and Weapons unlocked when Bronze Armor, Tools, and Weapons are available. The first Reset is free, but it costs crystals for the second upgrade. Also, there is the option of unlocking certain structures like the Granary, build the structure, and then Reset Technology to forget how to craft it.

where are the tablets i have never seen one or is it more that i have and not noticed it at all that it can be interacted with

Mostly in random ancient ruins/beast layers, make sure to check the walls of any ruins buildings you see, also once you have all of the pois pointed out by scouts they can mark unseen inscriptions on your map.

Im going to say that I think the amount of points you get each level up should be dependant on what difficulty your playing, their is no reason it should be the same across the board....lol im awareness lvl 30 and I was so excited to get Stone walls and nope not for like 2 more awareness levels lmao. I understand you can edit how much XP you get and etc etc but the default levels should be balanced

there is 110 of the minor tablets. these appear to give 1 technology point each. There are 23 of the larger tablets and they give 2 or 3 points each. You can see the collection you have of them if you go to the hunting information, theres a section on the right that has a list of the ones you have gotten and the counts of how many found/how many total of each.

I dont know the break down of 23 larger tablets at how many 2's vs 3's but as a guess. I'd say theres a total of like 166 points. Its for sure somewhere between 160 and 175 extra technology points just from tablets. Personally I have gotten 26 or so of the regular tablets and 6 of the larger ones. There's at least 1 larger tablet at each of the pyramids, and I think these are all 3 pointers. There's some of the dungeons that have the larger tablets as well, and those I think are usually 2 points
