Hold the cursor over the item in your inventory and hit X. Spam them all. Then in 15 minutes, they all vanish forever.
Yes, you came up with the solution to too many branches just 8 months after they had the problem
They have added more harvest options now. I've yet to figure out how you would use them to solve having too many or too little of just one specific item. You can set a total amount to craft (doesn't help control harvesting). You can set a total number to collect in the wild of one of the three types: harvesting, mining, or logging. But what does that do? It doesn't seem to help if of all the stuff you can log, you just want less branches.
They have the new stations like the collection yard. Possibly these are the solution, but I've yet to figure out how those just don't get full also.
Good thing the game is very well balanced, with the ratio of branches to logs being pretty near right on to what it needs to be.
