Clan mate can't do anything

Why can't i change my clan permissions or promote my clan mate? I keep getting the message "cannot perform in cross-server." What does that mean? We're on the same server.

Having the same issue, can't save any changes or leave my tribe to join another.

I fixed it in the weirdest way. I just button smashed my keyboard while i was in the tribe settings, and something worked. Weird, cause I tried every single key separately, but that didn't work. Good luck!
