G-portal 台灣伺服器整天壞掉是常態嗎？

如題，有人也是G的台灣伺服器嗎？也遇到伺服器一直崩潰的狀態嗎？
除了第一個星期之外，後面兩個星期七天裡面有六天都是伺服器崩潰掛掉的狀態
朋友表示，官方非常積極處理，第一次租台灣的就踩雷以後都會避雷台灣伺服器。
我聽起來台灣方伺服器真的不是普通雷诶...爆炸傻眼

附上官方非常積極處理回復的訊息，G的處理態度是真的很好。朋友也說他租這麼多伺服器從來沒有問題過，第一次遇到這種情況
不知道這種租30天有20天都玩不了的情況官方會怎麼處理

I'm sorry that you're having issues with your server still.

We've encountered an issue with the hardware and we've reported it to the admin team. Sadly, at the moment, I'm not able to move the server from the hardware. Once the issue has been resolved, we can move your server.

The hardware is still having some issues and the team had resolved it previously, but it seems that there is still an issue and we're waiting on the admin team to report back to us on this one.

I do understand. Once we're able to, we will move the server. You can still check in for updates to see if it's been resolved as well.

一开始我也租的G portal，结果内地连卡顿我新加坡连也卡顿。换去claw就啥问题都没了，他们那台湾的那个服务器是真的烂
