I believe the only advantage that higher level tribesmen have is that we don't have to worry about levelling them up for better traits.
the armorsmith % is perhaps 0,1% or so very very rare
the sad thing is i have to craft steel armor in green/blue/purple for the highendgear sets, because i dont have a 120 armorsmith for yellow/red qualtiy after that amount of tribesmans
What? You need 120 skill to unlock the higher-quality perk for steel tier. That's why people want 120+.
Just hinting an other option to get decent gear easy enough without having to grind recruits 24/7.
Also, what ich kinda dislike about the quality-capstones is that they come far too late for that tier. You barely get xp for crafts of lower tier once you reached specific skilllevels, so to reasonable get to 120 you already have to craft tons of endgame tier to finally get the capstone which increases the quality of further crafts. But i guess thats ok for vanilla settings and not adjusted durability settings on private servers, as you always have to craft new gear because repairing drains max durability so fast.
Ya I have one in weapon quality +10%
Ahh, I see. I've never even seen that character perk yet, it must be pretty rare.
You might not have seen it because you probably focussed on sorting out max-skill first on your craftsman-recruits? =) It's also craftsman-exclusive iirc.
No, I always read all the traits first before I even look at max skill levels on all types of tribesmen, so it can't be that. I just haven't run across it at all. RNG is a ♥♥♥♥♥.
Good to know, thanks. I'll have to spend some more time in their fortress soon.
