What item do I need to use if I want to reset a clan member's five abilities?
I finally want to switch bodies, but I'm not satisfied with how this clan member's five ability points are distributed. Is there any way to reallocate them?

no, the mysterious Tisane is only for the main character.

the bodyshaping pill is an awareness 50 item that works for tribesmen
