Game Server Hosting
Looking to possibly get a 3rd party hosting server. Any recommendations for which company(s) are decent.

Few things of note, the majority of player are in the north east US, we typically change games so having the ability to moth ball and reinvent the server is a must, and we likely are not going to have more then 10 people on the server at any one time

Thanks

I have been using Host Havoc for everything for many years their support has always been great and reliable and quick to answer. Their pricing may not be the cheapest but i haven't had any issues with servers running poorly. And they have the ability for me to just go in and change what game i wanna have hosted, this sometimes comes with a cost increase pending on the game i am changing to.

But i imagine most reputable and large and long lasting game hosts are on par.

Pay attention to latency since most of your group is in the northeast US; a host with data centers close to that area will give you better performance. Also, since you’re game-hopping, see if the hosting company supports the range of games you want to play without complex setup requirements.

For a small group of players with the flexibility to change games, you’ll want a hosting service that’s easy to manage and lets you customize without extra hassle. Look for minecraft server hosting[servers4gamers.com] providers that offer scalable options so you can start with lower resources and easily adjust as needed.
