Not much apparently, my friend is running one.
A PC that can stay on 24/7, good internet, and lots of patience.
I would suggest over 16GB, simply because soulmask can use up to about 12GB and if it's a windows OS, it will take up 8 on it's own.
8GB DDR4
is definitly too less as I tried it myself (with Cubecoders AMP).
