Holy Ruins bugged

Hi,
For some reasons, I can't get the boss to spawn in Holy ruins. I fought it once (and died). I tried to wait a few ingame days / real life too) to make sure that everything respawn. Did everything including picking up and dropping portals parts (just in case) and nada. I

Now my mount is alsnot where I left it in the dungeon(even if i'm right on the spot on the map) aswell. Would it be relatd to it being overloaded ?

Any hints or tricks to debug it ? I just can't complete the dungeon and get the last reward.

Last thing... Do tribesmen really have to stand on those ground spike and die for no reasons ? I learnt the hard way to tell them to not follow in those rooms :/
