To get into the pyramid!?

So what is the order that I need to finish here?
Do I need to get some weird loot drop from a Barbarian Captain oder who drops the item for summoning that boss at the pyramide!?
After I summoned that boss I can open the pyramde or what?

summon boss, kill, butcher him and you will have items to open the door and chest inside

Barracks leaders drop offering cups. The first boss at the pyramid requires an offering cup, 5 bones, 5 blood, and 5 premium meat. When you kill the boss, butcher it's corpse for a medallion and a key, the medallion opens the pyramid and the key unlocks the reward.

ok does the pyramide chest respawn!? So if I leave and come back later I can open it another time or will it be looted for longer or until I kill the boss a second time?

there is nothing interesting in that chest. you need only terminal for body tech upgrade.

There are 2 other chests that have green and blue crystals... i would call those interesting.
