Innate Talent Don't Make Sense.

Why is it that the majority of Tribes with "Master" class get negative Innate Talents?

For example:
Master Hunter (Nightwalker) get a deduction damage when using bows and Dual Blade?
Master Weapons gets a huge deduction when using Hammer and Large Swords.
And, so on.

I fully understand that that they will have weakness and strength but why would you give Master class NPC for the talent they were meant to be experts at using?

Negative talents can go away as you level up, and you get a new green talent every 10th level. Perfect guys need to be raised.
