The "Heal the Wound" Skill
One of my thrall has a skill like this. But I didn't see her using it when I deployed her with go hunting? What setting I should use to make her use the skill ?

No it is not, you can try it yourself. If you control the tribeman with that skill, you can actually point at any ally and press G. Then you will start using your own bandage and your target ally will be getting heal

Haven't been able to use it like that, but maybe the injuries have been too mild? Dunno then.
