Report a translation problem
For windows go to control panel's programs and features
Easy way do it is WindowsKey+R then enter appwiz.cpl
On the left side you can go to turn windows features on or off
From that window find telnet and then check the box and hit OK
With telnet installed you can now open up command prompt and then run the command to connect to the Soulmask server:
telnet 127.0.0.1 18888
Telnet should launch a new window and in that window you can enter any of the server commands " enter help to see an out put of all the available commands" but if you're just saving and shutting down the server the below worked for me:
