Crashing Issues.
Like many, the game decided to soft crash my pc by time to time. While crafting, while fighting, while exploring, 1h maybe 3h maybe just 15h later. And when I say Soft crash, is that my computer still runs music can still be hear, but both screen are black out and cannot get out of the game.

I want to know if anyone else is experiencing these.

I run a 3060 RTX Geforce
I7-9700
64gb ram
650w psu
windows 10 home.

I have the same problem, did not occur before, but today I have been experiencing random crashes and lower FPS in general, while my specs are similar to yours.

same, lots of crashes and UE errors. Sometimes it wont even let me launch for like 6 tries and then after I play all fine for hours, and then sometimes it will crash me to desktop after 30minutes.

It's to be expected in early access while they work things out, but what really annoys me is the game is really punishing you for crashing. When you get back in, especially while doing tribe camps or dungeons you will end up in the middle of freshly respawned enemies that will alarm everyone you're there. There should be some sort of immortality timer when loading so you can actually get yourself out of where you crashed - and if you crash using the villager then that's it, all progress on him lost.

Let's see if the psu was faulty got a new one installed.
After I verified file integrity on steam, I experience no more crashes.

Seems to be after I build up an area to a certain point the crashes start. It also does not crash to desktop. It crashes the whole computer. I've tried increasing the directx cache size to 10gb, verifying the game files, dropping the resolution, DLSS on / off. Can't seem to lock down a fix.

system issue. No crashes here, 100 hours in.

After many hours of tests I found the culprit. My solution may help people with Gigabyte z690 Aorus pro motherboards and i9 CPUs. It looks like their newest bios update does something that made the system unstable. While it only ever crashed while playing Soulmask, rolling back from v28 to v25 fixed my black screen crashes.

For everyone suffering from constant crashes on a 13th and 14th gen intel Cpu... Its a known issue with these chips and Unreal Engine. Download Intel XTU software. Underclock your cpu to x51. You can also do this through bios if you prefer. no more crashes. this works for most all Unreal engine games that are crashing with a high powered intel rig.

what do you mean x51. is that the multiplier, or the over/underclock itself???
