Scouts are to damn weak!

I literally 2 shot these scouts and killing doesn't seem to disable the fog. It's so damn annoying have had to reset the camp freaking 5x already because they die so fast.

Use your fist instead of weapons...

Or try a weapon you're not proficient in. Or use a hammer instead of dual blades. Or, knowing you two shot them, only hit them once and then switch to fists with a shield.

Switch to butcher knife and chop away.

yes its a little bit tricky. use your unskilled weapon or as mentioned butcher knife (sword) or your fists after one attack.

scouts are not as strong as soldiers and not made for combat

if it helps you can also mark them with holding down Q and right click to make sure you don't get confused and kill em on accident while dealing with the others and losing track of who's who.

I know you're just venting and not asking a question. By the looks of the comments we all agree and have been there. Maybe not 5x in row but we've killed the scouts ez pz before too. I agree it's annoying but like the others said just bring a weapon you are not prof in to do that bit of damage needed at the end.

Use poison arrows, I find them stop at interigation point in the HP bar. But not 100% sure yet.

Good idea. Conan Exiles does it well, with the bludgeons. Should have a non-lethal weapon that can't kill someone, or have it like Conan where you can knock someone out.
