Last but not least, the portal itself is crafted at the mysterious stone table which also is found in underground ruins. Beside mask related services and revival of followers, it has a crafting section.
Edit: Be aware tho that player placed portals ONLY allow to teleport to OTHER player portals. They WON'T connect to the games ancient portal system.
That was not the question, the question is how we can place it? Its red all the time.
It wants to stand on floor/foundations.
It has a large area around it that needs to be free, and it's tall. I put mine in the middle of a 2x3 foundation with 2 walls space above it. Might need more place tho.

Yep. I think Custom Supply Portal On/Off option is what we need :P
