What does that actually do?

Increases stamina damage. Raw daamage is better.

Do you do more damage if you have more stamina or does it drain their stamina?

When stamina is depleated, enemy falls and become incapacited for a few seconds, its actually quite enjoyable. I level my pike with that.

The first boss saber is easy to incapacitate and makes it much mor trivial.

That's resilience down damage. Stamina doesn't stun NPCs.

Can you tell me preciously what it does then? Do you do more damage if you have 200 stamina than 100 stamina?

Stamina is needed for certain special moves of enemys, dodging etc...
-> so if stamina is depleted they should only use standard attack if any

Resilence depleted = stun

Cheers for this, Been wondering how these stats work exactly..

Think I will start putting the perks into Spear RESIL-down DMG i reckon then..

I would rather stun the enemies more often rather then just drain their stamina haha
