Moving tribesmen from one Base to another.

Are there any ways to do it with all tribesmen in one go without "far away" or making 100500 points between bases? Or i should take them one by one?

Dump your stuff in a chest at your destination. Hit esc and respawn. Select one of the tribesman you want to move, have them deploy another tribesman and run to the new base. Resurrect yourself at the bonfire and repeat. 2 at a time. Even more helpful if you have extra mounts to bring over.
