how does the Beehive works?

i know there is a syrup you can make from fruits. that is suppose to attract them. do you just place it in inventory there? how to keep the bees, and getting them to produce honey? any info would be appreciated

Oh good to know, i placed it and noticed I didnt have any bees but heard bzzz in the wild but didnt bring my hoove to catch any. Not sure how it works?

You need to brew "Bee-drawing Syrup". It's the yellow bottle that unlocks from the same tech as bee hives. You need MUCH of it. Just put it in your hives and see how the bee counter goes up. For one bee to spawn, you need 5 bottles of syrup. Better get running for pineapples, bananas, and other fruit.

My have has full of bees but not producing honey?

Edit: nvm it just take a really long time even when the hive is full of bees
