How to save the game?

I have a private server with Nitrado. The server did a restart and during this restart we had lost everything for the past hour of game play. Maybe a little bit more. How can I save the game every 15 minutes or so? I do not see an option for that in the admin section.

Instant? saveworld or gm BaoCun via admin console or saveworld 1 if done remotely via telnet.

I think you have to edit engine.ini, and change the timing. E.g
[Dedicated.Settings]
backup=900
saving=600

Does changing config works for offline single player? I mean the interval of auto-saving.
