How to intimidate or enslave camp elite/bosses to get the special armor versions of them ?
As the title, I've run through the flint tribe barbarian barracks twice now and defeated the "porter" (i think?) at the end, but I've got no prompt to intimdate them for the flint tribe armor set ?
Or is it another elite/boss that I need to beat up and intimdate to get it ?

Is it even possible to intimidate the elite/boss barbarians at all ?

They need to be porters. your mask must be upgraded till it can "see" the details of the mob more clearly. Deter them while their health is below 20%. Elite leaders/priests and reinforcements can't be deterred.

And how exactly do I see it ? All I see in the name is (tribe name) barbarian lvl X or Elite/Boss barbarian names.

It took me 30 hours to find this out as well. So you are not the only one :D

You need to press Q (default) and HOLD IT DOWN.

Then you will enter a special scanning mode with a zoomed camera of sorts. When hovering over an NPC, you will see details like its class, stats, and so on. You can mark NPCs, they will have a little white triangle over them, even when the scan results no longer show, so you know which one to kill and which one to spare.

What you want is a porter. They are usually running around (hence the name). There's unusally only one to three in the barracks, so you bring sunstones and keep scanning.

So porter is not written in their names but their class ?
And thanks for the info, I definitely didn't knew that.

Yes, it's the class. Their name is always "Bla Tribe Barbarian", but when you use the scanning mode, you'll get their class. It's warrior, hunter, laborer, craftsman, and porter. And maybe some more but that's the ones I know of. The scan also shows their rarity and if they have a remarkeable trait, so even when you are looking for potential recruits, you'll want to use it.

Be aware that the recipes don't always unlock. You will surely need to deter several porters until the recipes unlock. You don't need to recruit them, tho, detering is enough.
