Farming stone

It feels like stone nodes are not giving enough ressources compare to the other nodes.
Also compare to the ammount needed to build with it.

Is there a way to farm stone effitiently?

Stone tools only giveth stone on nodes.

let your tribe member do mining and you will have enough of it and/or use better pickaxe.

Which tools?
I use bronze pickaxe and the ammount is pretty low
