Different stuff need different criteria, e.g not enough raw materials or no tools. Or it's just lunch break...
But I have only used them so far for tools.
You can set up looped crafting mats as well keep that in mind, for example.
I find that if you have been collecting and saving up beast carcasses and have built a Butcher's Table, you can get x4 worth of Bones that my friend told me about.
Have your storage chests well laid out and room for your workers to move around with each chest.
You can press the L key to set what kind of stuff your workers store in them and have set my workers to store them away into any chest but those chest are marked with what items are only allowed.
Have a worker or two prioritize the bench to craft Beast Bone Tools by looping a Quest Job in the Carpenters Bench to create Wooden Handles every 30 minutes or so with the amount based on demand.
Also use the other bench to craft the actual Beastbone tools 3 in every 30 min or so depending on demand and have a Tool Chest they can store the tools into automatically.
That way they have been working long hours for me non stop even when I go do other things or sleep for the night and come back later in the morning to play again if playing on a server.
The jobs on my workers have been set to discard the tools when the durability runs out so they can just fetch a new tool from the Chests when they need to.
This way they keep farming non stop without me needing to repair them and it has better Durability for those tools than Stone.
You also have to make sure that in the chest they take the tools from that it's not disabled to prevent Tibesmen from taking stuff from it.
Not sure about the ranges of chests.
1) How do I tell them to discard broken weapons in the repair bench?
2) and maybe sleep is the main issue, I see my friend build lots of benches around the bon fire, do they actually prefer beds to recover their sleep and increase their mood even more?
