You can force DLAA with Nvidia inspector. Its easy.

visit https://www.nexusmods.com/site/mods/781

download and extract "NVIDIA Profile Inspector XML" listed under optional files

move the extracted CustomSettingNames.xml file into the same directory where you keep nvidiaProfileInspector.exe

launch nvidiaProfileInspector and locate DLSS 3.1.11+ Forced scaling ratio (should appear at the very top)

select 1.00x native and DLAA will activate. Doesn't matter if you have quality or performance toggled, nvidia inspector will override the game settings.
