for the tools swapping, if you mean your tribemens tools that should be easy, you just set up a chest for tools and put some in and whenever a tool is broken they would take a new one from there. but what didnt work in the last beta and i didnt try yet in the release version was get broken tools repaired. since their discard broken tool option would just make em drop it in the wilds as soon as its broken rather then to put them in the chest or repair bench i couldnt use that option, and even if they would discard the broken tools where they belong they wouldnt get repaired since (at least in the last beta) when making a tribeman take care of the repair bench he didnt actually repair stuff but only take repaired stuff and put it in the chests and did not put broken stuff from a chest into the repair bench either, so i couldnt create a proper loop. so no idea yet if thats fixed now but if it was that would be the loop you're lookin for and thats not hard to set up then, if its not fixed yet use the tool chest part but do the repairs yourself when at some point there are no fresh tools left and they keep sitting at your campfire because of missing tools so you grab all their broken tools and repair em (the rest is done by tribemen automatically then). so hope that is fixed or gets fixed soon for proper loops for everything.
