Stuck on Tribe Leader Quest

I've been to two of the barbarian barracks and killed both the chief and leader of each one but the quest still won't complete. Does anyone know if i'm missing something or is it just a bug?

What is the exact wording of the quest.

"Head to the Barbarian Barracks in the Rainforest, defeat the barbarian Tribe Leader and get the {Worship Container}

I've killed both the chief and the leader more than twice and got the worship container from both each time. The mission won't progress

The northern tribe or the one to the west? It should be the barrack to the north where an alpaca is.

Yep, I've beaten the one to the north twice. Though all the barracks seem to have an Alpaca Pen just outside the tribe leader arena

It's the first barracks in the centre of the map, tribe leader should have a black panther pet and throw spears at you.

And I've copied the text exactly from what the quest says in-game. There is no more info on it

Yep, I've killed that one twice and it won't progress

Then I have no idea, I killed it and looted the worship container 3 hours ago and it worked.

The quest progressed finally after exiting the game, verifying the game files then going and killing the boss without killing and looting the chief first.

I've got the same problem, both in solo and private server, there are two barbarian camps in the tropical forest (North and South) but it won't complete the quest which is quite frustrating

If it bugs you that much and you know you have completed the right one just hit page down and it will skip to the next quest.
