That's a good point. I totally forgot they like some tasks more than others. Give them a task they hate and the moral tanks.
A bad one I had was disliking communal living, had 15 guys in camp and buddy just hated his life no matter what, way easier to just dismiss and replace them than work around.
1- Comfort level - Different comfort levels increase different mood levels.
2- Resting on a bonfire or a straw mat or a bench or a bed or a bathtub increases your mood.
3-Outdoors or indoors, indoors increases your mood, outdoors does not increase or decrease.
4-Cold and hot phases decrease your mood differently.
5- Mood will increase when your spirit level is high.
6-Then there are likes and dislikes. Satisfying your likes and dislikes will increase your mood, but it will also affect the percentage of mood increase or decrease in the above normal states.

How increase? I didnt see where show info about what we need build to increase Base Comfort level
