rebind W key to right mouse button?

can the movement keys be bound to the mouse or are the mouse buttons hard coded?

Yes. you can change that exact keybind. I tried it because I have a friend that plays with his RMB to move forward. If you want me to check any others for you, let me know.

thanks, i bought it. i use RMB for W and LMB for sprint, but that would be a bonus.

i never get people with weird keybinds lol, but hey more power to you, you play how you want to, its not that i find it weird i disagree with it ^^
have a friend who still plays with the arrow keys and jumps with the enter key... ofc i give him poop for it when a game does not allow him to play like that lol.

been playing MMOs since to late 90s. WASD was for people that didnt have a mouse when i started (Doom...).

My friend uses rmb to go forward because that's how he played old-school quake before WASD became the "standard".

No you can't rebind the LMB to anything else. I use lmb for go forward and rmb for sprint. Been doing this because of 12 years of WOW. I'm too old to change. All major games will let you rebind all keys. I play Conan, 7 days, enshrouded, ark etc. They all let you rebind mouse keys. I will return the game.

I was able to rebind the RMB to move forward. I didn't try the LMB, though. Is this just an issue with the LMB specifically?

Yes, I could rebind the rmb but not the lmb.

I like the freedom to use the entire keyboard for my setup. I really only switch lbm for W and rmb for Q. I can change ml and mr for what ever keys are free depending on the game. For me, mmo's all moving is on the mouse except for ML and MR. Goofy, yes but I have used that for WOW and other mmos' that are spell heavy games for over 12 years. The point is...make a game that is fully adaptable. I have friends that are handicapped and need the full key function as well.

Also, I'm old 67 and my kids make fun of me all the time for this. So I get it.
