Actually no, it's not clear. It doesn't say wether or not single player can be offline, being able to play offline but still needing to connect to internet upon each start are two different things. The only thing the store page says is that broadband internet is required, but I've seen games say that before and still not need to connect to internet each time you start it. I just need to know when I fire it up on my deck in the car I can do so without needing it to be on the internet each time I start it.

But I can't start the game. I enter main menu offline steam mode than select solo/friends than press start nothings happens game do not start but If I connect with internet game starts. So games require to have internet access even offline coop play.
