How to enable cheats or admin for single player?

You morons blabbering around about "hur der dont use cheats dats bad why you even do dat." No one is talking about cheating. The conversation is about giving solo players playing offline the ability to use admin commands. Using something like fly because the game has bugged out and a Llama is stuck on a small section of cliff where you cant get to it. That is what I am trying to fix now. No one is asking for tools to cheat online. They are talking about using a cheat engine to give yourself admin tools to fix things in their own game. Are all of you 6 years old?

I support the use of wemod. It's fantastic. I have malwarebytes, and it doesn't ping it ever like it does for every cheat engine table I've ever used (though I still use them, they seem safe enough) and it has tons of options to tweak whatever you might want. Infinite morale so you never have to stare at the sleep menu for 20 minutes? Go for it. Add attribute points? Make yourself a god after hitting E for those 20 minutes you save from sleeping, per tribesman. It's there if you want it.

It has options for god-mode on yourself AND your tribesmen, in case that 40 minute trek back to your base is looking too risky. You wanna build a palace but making 8000 walls and foundations takes too long? Input a number on a cheat, slap something into and out of your first item slot, and now you can build to your heart's content. Cheating is all about OPTIONS, and wemod's got you covered.

I think wemod is the nicer mod thingy. - It's not over board.

And you need the items to multiply them.

You can get the GM menu working.
Looking at the regular dedicated server guide you can see that the quotation marks get escaped with a backslash like this on the adminpsw command:
-adminpsw=\"password123\"

I have added this to the launch options of the game and I can bring up the GM menu using the terminal via:
GM Key password123
Make sure that the use the same capitalization in the terminal.

ok what about wemod? do you ban players that use wemod on singleplayer solo ?

if so you guys will loose alot of potential players, because this is absurd.

Otherwise explain me why I was able to release a "Mod" to enable the console + all commands?
You have the source, so it would be even easier for you ... just some flags and a string compare ( to open the debug menu )

Srsly developer should start to understand how important it is to give players tools to fix bugs or just cheat.
I'm releasing console/dev-menu unlocker since years and I got so many messages from players who fixed their game with it.

But yeah keep going being ignorant and releasing games with bugs and "fight" against cheaters/modders ... good job ...

This does bring up the admin panel. However, it doesn't do anything. Just doesn't work in single player I'm afraid.

I set the game up to run as a local server. Works like a champ.

Could you provide the link to the instructions you used to do that? Sounds interesting.

Are you running it on the same PC you're using to play or a different one?

I discovered your outstanding work on fearlessrevolution. To be honest, I was furious when I spent so much money on a game and found out that I had to spend extra money to call the console. Forgive me for having financial problems recently and not being able to support you on patreon. Now that the game has been updated, I hope you can take the time to update the "mod" that can call the console. Thank you.
