guardian mark for temple

got told, that you need the mask table for it, which is locked behind awareness lvl 27. I'm at 26 right now, so I can't tell for sure.
if that's really the case and the temple isn't simply locked for the demo, the lvl 20 hint is a little irritating.

I think I figured it out:
in front of the pyramid is a open area with an altar in the middle. at that one you can summon the saber tooth.
you need:
5 premium fresh meat
5 beast bone
5 beast blood
1 worship container (gained by beating tribe bosses)

/edit: can someone remind me what exactly I need to hunt for premium meat? I've still got 2 in my inventory but doesn't remember anymore how I've got that.

/edit2: nvm, found a panther (or he found me?) and got some premium meat that way.

I've summoned and killed the sabertooth but I still cannot access the temple. It says I need a guardian mark. The boss did not drop any kind of mark but it did drop 2 keys that I'm not sure what to do with. The keys do not grant access to the temple. Can anyone elaborate on what specifically needs to be done to access the temple? What is the guardian mark?

I just wanted to write the next edit. :D
I killed the sabertooth. Not an easy fight, but doable with bronze weapons.
By harvesting the corpse I got 2 marks, which allowed me to enter the temple. got a bit of lore from a tablet, but no chance to use the keys.

Ugh this is upsetting to hear. Maybe bugged? I did not get any marks from the kill or from butchering the corpse. I've killed it twice now. I have no way to progress it seems.

IIRC I already got the control skill unlocked after the kill. therefore there doesn't seem much being missing by not being able to enter the pyramid.
But if there is no gurantee for a mask to drop from the corpse, that's definitely something they should address until the EA launch.

But if there is no gurantee for a mask to drop from the corpse, that's definitely something they should address until the EA launch.

Yea that's my issue. My mask control skill is still locked (which seems like a huge feature of the game) It specifically says I need to access the pyramid to unlock it. But I've slain the sabertooth and have no way to access the pyramid.

BTW, the corpse WILL MELT so make sure you harvest it.... I spent time trying to look up how to get TOP HUNTER by the time I came back, it was GONE... FML.....

You unlock the mask control skill by going to one of the yellow "Mysterious Ruins", not the pyramid
