Yes! They are so pretty, too. You can find them near nighttime around ponds/waterways. They form large groups and you can catch plenty with a net.

They also don't decay so stock up on a handful after creating your lamp, your need em to replenish it later.

You can spot them because they look like a cloud of flickering lights around water sources (unconfirmed loc. list) but while one youtube video said you needed to sneak, I just ran all over swinging wildly trying to hit an arc behind, above, and infront of yourself with the bug net, and it worked quite well, in a couple mins I got almost 200. Also, they seemed to disappear on me around 3AM at night, so there's like a pretty short window they appear at I think. I wish they'd be persistent entities or gathering points. But I haven't played enough to confirm or deny that just yet.

The graphic effect needs to be toned down hardcore though. Almost painful to look at them - like a graphic glitch
