No servers appearing

I was able to play for a few hours today but now there's no servers appearing and my save seems to be gone in the continue section. Refreshed and relaunched the game three times. :(

There will be a maintenance scheduled for the server on 29. Januar 2024 10:00. This maintenance is expected to take about 30 minutes. This update will include a client update, and you will need to update your client on Steam to experience the game. Thank you very much for your support.
