Sequel to 1 or expansion?

I've never played the first Pico Park. Does this one have all the levels in the first game, or should I still buy the first one?

I do not suggest buying the first one unless you plan on Local Play, there is no players online most of the time, the same goes for pico part 2 is some regions but pico park 2 is picking up more players day by day... you miss nothing by skipping the first game unless you want to support the devs or like a full collection of games

I would recommend buying the first one as well - some gimmicks are similar, but there are so many amazing levels, it would be a pity to miss out on them.
