Wont load?

I have been having trouble opening the game the past couple weeks. Sometimes it lets me open and play it just fine, but most of the time it gets past the loading screen and the save warning, but then goes to a blank white screen and never loads. I am playing on a mac. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, shutting down my laptop, and quitting steam, and nothing seems to work. Does anyone know how to fix this?

hiii, i also have the same problem. when the stage was done and going to the next stage it stuck in loading page. i already tried to play with another device but it's same. so what should i do to fix it?

Hi we are having the same problem on a mac.

However it did start in a different network/ location a few days ago. Do you have any fix for that?

I'm sorry. Very strange symptoms.
I have not encountered this problem with any Macs around me. I am in Japan and need to borrow that PC to investigate.

I am sorry, but I would appreciate a refund request.
