If you're asking if OGPlanet will be hosting a European server for La Tale in the near future, there are no plans for it at this time, unfortunately.

There used to be a European server hosted by Aeria Games, it shut down due to a combination of below-expected player numbers and a low percentage of the players spending cash (compared to the OGP version), I doubt there'll be another EU server launching anytime in the near future.
