Personally, I'd recommend this. It gives you the survivability that you need, but also the most important part that Dkitten's build will not give you: damage. If you are gonna go invulnerable, you want to make sure the mobs go down before you respawn.
Coming from someone who mained Knight since closed beta, holy orders have always had a history of exceptional solo'ing potential. We were one of the few classes that could clear MT with NPC equips back when 5ths first came out.
