Steam vs OGPlanet

As I understand it, there's an event for players who join the game while the "launch period" is going on.
A friend is getting me to play this game cuz of the reset, and says the stuff you get from the event are great for new players.

From what I've read, the Steam users and Papaya Play users are considered different.
So I've yet to see if starting a steam account would qualify for the event rewards.

Is it possable to have an "OGPlanet/Papya Play" account if I download the launcher on Steam?

(I played this game months ago on steam, but deleted it after playing just a few hours. So I'm not sure how my old accounts existence will affect any of this.)

to transfer steam account follow the steps on pictures.
Then u just need to go to the official link:

then press the button "Start Transfer", login throw OGplanet ID&pass (DON'T FORGET new password) and register new account on papayaplay.
I advice you not to change your LaTale account MAIL !!!!
