how to get 3 medals in every chapters?

keep shooting the ninjas etc after u kill them, it gives u more points, try to link the combos between chapters within levels by shooting chickens etc

I noticed youve only jus started, wait until u got better guns, preferably explosive ones, like the quadzooka or auto launcher, plasma is decent aswell

best gun to use is rifle plasma on a quadzilla-grenade launcher depending on the map.
automatic sniper is also very good and keep shooting dead body's indeed to increase damage point and keep combo's alive

Trick is to raise Damage and Combo as much as you can. Basicly, you need hits for combo to stay alive so keep shooting corpse as much as you can.

For advance method
- You have to keep changing weapon for suitable most situation.
- Enemies appear as a group, use Quad launcher and aim at least double - multi kills
- Slowly kill enemy one by one and try to shoot as much hits to enemies as you can with plasma gun, aim at least 20-30 hit each enemy to build up damage.
- Enemy that love to hide, change weapon to something that penetrate and aim at the head when they are hiding to get +10. Use super bullet + Plasma rifle to gain full potential of combo+Damge.
- No enemy hit at all. Avoid all bullets with close range to get +1

I didn't notice that you can keep racking up damage points after killing guys. That helped a lot.

In my opinion there is some levels that you cant reach 3 stars. For example Desert 4. There is only 3 fight scenes, and there is no way to keep the combo through them all. And you need to get 40k? Its not possible at this stadium of the game.

I can't remember in-detail but I can guarantee that you can get all stages with 3 stars because I got it all.

If you still in the first playthrough, forget about stars, you'll probably always get 1-2 most of the stage. Just complete the game first then come back later.
