If you wanna pay 5 dollars for barely 2 hours of game time, when you can get it free, then go ahead.
i own it for the ipad for free indeed, thats why i find 5 euro to much for the pc.
but i do want it for the pc but i think it should be 1,49

they earn the right to make some money off it doh.

I got 9 hours out of it, it's really fun. This would run like ♥♥♥♥ on my iPod so I'm happy to own it on here.

This version doesn't have microtransactions like the free one does.

You people don't get it.. I made this topic to help the people who don't want ♥♥♥♥♥♥ mobile games on steam..
Since valve have gotten greedy and banned tags like "Bad Port" and "Mobile Port" It has become harder to avoid them.. Do you really want steam to devolve to the place where free mobile games go to die and charge 5-10 dollars?

Actually. I played the game extensively on my phone.. And at no time did you have to pay to complete it. No forced grinding or anything.. The only thing you payed for were the costumes, but you could earn them by playing for about 10 minutes per item... All weapons and power-ups were bought with the coins you get ingame.

The Steam vs Mobile pricing is quite simple really. On mobile if you're not free you die, the game was originally $1 with no in apps and that failed. We didn't recover the development costs. When we set the game to free and added a few unobtrusive in app purchases and it did 10 times better, eventually recovering all our dev costs.

I was actually going to make it free to play on Steam as well and asked our Greenlight voters if they wanted that. The response was surprising in that they all asked for it to be $5 instead. So far people have been pretty happy with their purchase on Steam, many of the people that have purchased it have already played through the free version on mobile.

If you don't think it's worth the purchase then that's fine, don't buy it, but just remember that everyone isn't the same as you. People have different tastes, are different ages, have kids, etc, so some people like little casual games on their PC, proven by the fact that this and many other games have been voted onto Steam through Greenlight.

I purchased this game in 2012 on amazon and got it here on Steam, courtesy Rocket Jump. I originally paid $5 for it. The entire household plays it.

I got this game from the Play Store on my Android months ago, however I went and bought it on Steam as well as soon as I saw it in new releases, which is testament to how fun this game is.

Also it doesn't hurt to help an indie developer by paying the small price it cost to buy, and as previously mentioned the Steam version is better anyway as there are no micro transactions and it's much easier to play with mouse rather than touch screen.

I don't play in phones, i don't like them.
I have it on Desura long ago, enjoyed it a lot, probably more than 20 hours, now i have it on Steam - thanks Rocket Jump for it - and i will probably play a lot more.

I own, play and enjoy casual games on my PC, even more at Steam, and i can't see a menace for "core gamers" to have them here. Actually, what the hell is a "core gamer"? Someone better than everything else just because they play... what they play?

The mobile version is a micro-transaction model, that's why it's free.
Rocket Jump also decided to bring it free of MTs on Steam after hearing players opinions. They provided Steam keys for Bundle buyers.

So, c'mon... Let's rage just at the ones who deserve it.
It's not Rocket Jump case.

If it was just a thread to inform, why "don't buy" and "If you wanna pay 5 dollars for barely 2 hours of game time", and also " ♥♥♥♥ty mobile games on steam"?

I don't get it.
Maybe something like "There is a free mobile version of this game" or "This game is a ported version from a free mobile game". Whatever...

By the way, thanks Rocket Jump to bring this game for the PC and for a fair price.
