Where is my Free To Play Game

On greenlight Global Outbreak: Doomsday Edition was advertised as Free To Play http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=117510361 That is why this game got enoff votes to even be on steam. Games in EA do not need to be Free To Play untill released. This is NOT in EA according to the store page. http://store.steampowered.com/app/264260/...

VERY LOW FPS

The framerate is very low. So it's not much fun to play. I've got Win 8.1 / Core i7 3,4GHz / Geforce GTX 660 / 16GB RAM. It's not a problem of hardware. Also know that other players have the same problems. Framerate seem to lock at 30fps. Will this Problem be patched soon? I really want to play this game... Can u try to raise fps to 60 or more?...
