how to turn off sound effects?

I know how to turn off the music and voice but how do i turn off the sound effects or just turn down the volume because its really loud and i like to be on skype and talk to people while i play and its quite hard to hear the people on skype even with call audio on full so how do i turn off/turn down the sound effects?

Curently ther is Not a way too Shut it off in the game but you can use your Volumecontrol Speker option too Shut off the sound Completly Too they add that option ,,
