Missing guns

Got a weekly challenge to get kills with the FDC-9. It doesn't show up, and doesn't appear to be released in any recent pack, so it's either an original weapon that just isn't there, or it's, what, beta, and isn't released, but the game files are showing it as available. If this is supposed to be released, since it's already slipped through the cracks, can we just get it now?

Hello again, getting this same issue, again. Daily to perform task with the FDC-9, but the gun isn't available in the game. Is there a patch I'm missing, is this a dev issue, or is there something I need to download or buy to get it?
