They should never have 'released' the game before it was ready.
If they released the game with Season 1 Flashpoint instead of the half-done garbage we had a half year prior, we probably would've seen different numbers.
The damage was already done when they released an incomplete game and lost 95% of their initial players in 24 hours. I'm afraid there's little to no coming back possible at this point.
They're competing with titles like Counterstrike and Valorant. Two very well established titles. People need a reason to pick Spectre Divide over those titles and currently I can't think of any reason to do so.
