Penalty for leaving mid game

Some people just go in a game and leave or when we lose 0:3 they go
Then i am playing a 1v6 for the last 5 rounds.

yeah somehow it hurts even more in this game then in CS or Valorant

Seen people who RQ my lobby.. then they are in my next game too as if theres no penalty for them not picking a character.. like 2 minutes later. Yet if I don't select one I get a 5 minute penalty. There's also no penalty for team killing..............LOL.

Who would have thought a 3v3 tactical shooter would have so many glaring issues. Surely not game developers. This game was built for competitions and not pubs sadly.
