An Unreal process has crashed: UE4-Spectre

As you see in that image, few hours passed from launch tried few things, closed windows defender downloaded again, choosed game folder as exception, checked if any of the files removed by defender etc. Game even keep working on background after that error pops up... If anyone faced with that error and fixed, can you help please? Thanks.

Hi guys, i somehow managed to launch game without crashing. I will explain how i did if someone still having that issue but i dont call that a *FIX... Yesterday i downloaded another game to play with my friends. It crashed on launch too they were not only 2 games that crashed... Then i get angry and just completely factory reset my pc. Updated drivers etc. And wanted to give SpectreDivide a try and then it launched. Even tho after full reset to pc, it still crashes if i try to change window mode or alt+tab... But at least it not crashes on launch and if i let it be it actually works. So as i say i dont call it a fix to that problem. Just wanted to write it so idk if there was a system file corruption or a driver problem i dont know, but factory reset fixed it. If someone have a fix or if devs can notice that problem or if i find a solution which works, will update thread.

should we be installing unreal engine 4 from epic games store or something for this game to run??

I got the same crash when launching the game. It made me frustrated because there's no information about the problem.

I have a quite old machine with Intel Sandy Bridge CPU and Nvidia Fermi GPU.

I think its not about system, because i have intel i7 13th gen and RTX4070 tho :/ im not bugfixer but i think that error code is about Unreal Enginge itself... Because you know If you try that get contact with staff link it will send you directIy to Epic Games Unreal Engine bug report page, dont even understand why did they make the game with unreal engine 4 too.

I have suspicion that this issue is prevalent on Nvidia GPU, my friend who is using AMD doesn't get it.

Maybe... But i cant say thats it because even shroud streaming it tho, and one of his friends have RTX3080 i know because his friend's game freezes like since start of stream, Shroud asked about his GPU. I dont get it damn it its so strange

I dont think so mate if you install Unreal Engine its just it, dont affects any other games or apps that requires Unreal Engine. You know you dont need UE to play fortnite or dbd or any other games made with it for example

I have an Radeon RX 5700XT and am having the same issue, so I think its just older gpu's that have the issue along with nvidia

Ah fine then but not gonna lie, I was really looking forward to playing this game from open beta and didn't get access, and as soon as it released I had installed and until now I haven't even seen the loading screen of it XD
By the way would my specs be the problem? Because I have a laptop with i5 4th gen U processor with an ssd and integrated intel HD Family graphics card

cant enter start menu "PRESS TO PLAY" or even LOBBY.

Nope mate still crashing last day i tried few times again i dont know what causes that. And they not even trying to fix it still, and launching ranked season interesting company...
