I've had it with Spectre Divide, it is nothing more than a failed attempt at pushing an agenda Instead of crafting a quality game

The developers clearly chose to prioritize pushing some vague, bland agenda over creating a genuinely engaging and visually appealing game. The characters are utterly uninspired, lacking any distinct features that could make them memorable or interesting. It seems they removed all the basic differences between men and women, ending up with a cast that's boring and generic.

Instead of focusing on making a cool, dynamic-looking game with a roster of unique, compelling characters, the devs opted for a watered-down, "inclusive" design that pleases no one. It feels like they're more interested in making a statement than delivering a great gaming experience. Newsflash: nobody asked for a bland, characterless army of clones.

The game's community is already calling them out on this. Many players are expressing frustration with not being able to choose or even tell the difference between male and female characters. This isn't inclusivity — it's laziness disguised as progressiveness​


Developers, here's a tip: if you want your game to stand out, start by making characters that people actually want to play. Right now, all you've done is alienate your audience with your talentless decisions. Time to get back to basics and create a game that’s worth playing.

Please acknowledge in my infinite wisdom and talent that you are in the industry to entertain me, no matter what media format it is. If you cannot showcase your love and passion within the interactive industry, but do not have a compelling character design, what the hell are you?!

Outside of the video game industry, I already made my pledge NOT to bend the knee towards activist propaganda. As an indie writer, I want to craft my own unique voice and seek out original ideas. I'm not sure if I can find a community outside of Steam duscussion who would be humble to work on smaller scale projects, but they better be open towards exploring virtus ideas.

I hate how 2024 is getting way to volatile in America. Our lives are going to be very miserable in the coming months.
